On one fine day,you wake up on lazy morning and have that same packet of Bread and the old boring jar of Milk in your fridge. Want to have a chatpata twist in it?
Here we have, specially for you, the desi and crispy, Bread Kofta.
Bread slice 8
Onion 1 (chopped)
Potatoes 2 (boiled)
Green Chillies 2-3
Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
Oil for frying
Dip the bread slices in the milk and smash the slices very well.
Add the smashed potatoes, onions, Green chillies, coriander leaves and garam
masala to the bread and mix it well.
Make small balls of the mixture.
Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the balls in the oil.
Serve hot with Coconut Chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
The chutney does not spoil quickly if you add tamarind to it.
Use warm water if you are using desicated coconut powder for the chutney.
